What does my warranty cover?

Failed parts and workmanship are covered under your warranty. Regular maintenance is not covered under any warranty policy. See your owner's manual for details.

Why does my owner's manual have different maintenance schedules?

The extreme weather we experience in Calgary requires subtle changes in your regular maintenance procedures. Crowfoot Dodge uses Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep scheduling and Calgary scheduling because of those climate fluctuations. In addition, the way you use your vehicle can affect the need for certain maintenance.

How can I pay for my repairs?

You can pay using cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Interac.

Do you have loaner vehicles?

We do not issue loaner vehicles. We have two service shuttles that will drop you off or pick you in the NW quadrant. We are also conveniently located next to the Crowfoot LRT and will provide you with C-Train tickets for your trip to and from the dealership. We also offer a rental vehicle program for our clients with a discounted daily rental starting from $19.95.

How do I drop off my vehicle for service?

Go to the Service Drive Thru and pull inside where a Service Advisor or an Express Lane Advisor will assist you in booking in your vehicle. Mention whether you have an appointment and what work your vehicle requires. Our Advisors will be able to access your service history, any outstanding recalls or campaigns and might recommend service based on your kilometers and history.
